Priscilla Alden Roach

I’ve been painting something all my life. I love paint, and I love having a paint brush in my hand even if I’m painting a wall.

I’ve been an interior designer for many years, and about ten years ago I fell in love with hand painted and decorated furniture and my passion for painting evolved into reviving old pieces of furniture and anything else made of wood. What fun it is to find a great old piece with good bones and bring it back to beauty and usefulness.

As I clean up the piece, repair and sand, my creative side takes hold, and I start the design process. With my interior design experience, my goal is to paint a piece that is compatible and beautiful in the home. I also paint new pieces of furniture and have done many commissioned pieces.
