Moments in Time by David ArsteinI have always loved taking photographs. Ever since I was a kid I couldn't wait to get my pictures developed. I still feel that way, only now I don't have to wait as long to see the moments I captured.
When I retired in 2002, my wife and I moved to Penn Valley, where we are surrounded by the beauty of the Gold Country and have ample time to travel and enjoy it.
